At BAUER, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right fit for your game. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
