Bauer skates typically run 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than your standard shoe size. We recommend using our 3D Skate Lab scanner at an authorized retailer or referring to our online sizing chart for precise measurements.
What is the warranty policy on Bauer hockey sticks?
We offer a one-time replacement on sticks that break due to manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. Please keep your original receipt and the serial number sticker to process a claim.
How long does shipping take for custom equipment?
Customized gear, including MyBauer skates and sticks, typically requires 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery. Standard in-stock items usually ship within 2-5 business days.
Can I return equipment if it has been used on the ice?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Once equipment has been used in a game or practice, it can only be returned if it falls under a specific warranty claim.
Does Bauer offer professional sharpening services?
While we do not offer mail-in sharpening, many of our authorized Bauer Hockey Experience stores are equipped with precision sharpening technology to customize your blade hollow and profile.
Are Bauer helmets certified for competitive play?
Yes, all Bauer helmets are HECC, CSA, and CE certified. Ensure your certification stickers remain intact on the back of the helmet to comply with league safety regulations.
